Hi Jan, I got my Babylock embellisher on Valentine's day, an early 65th birthday present and am hooked. Color, yarns, texture, on and on. It takes some patience to work it and not break needles-at least with the Babylock, you can replace individual needles, rather than whole cylinder. In April, birthday time, I got the seven needle second hand. I go back and forth. I am off to Cambridge, England for a couple of weeks and am going to take hand punch so I don't go too crazy without my tools.
Hot here. We've had a long and gorgeous spring and summer beginning in April.
Now our garden needs a lot of watering, with temps near 100. I bet flowes and colors and shapes influence you as well. Good to be friends.

Hi Jan, thanks for the invite. It's fun to share our creativity with people all over the world.
Jan, you and I communicated our mutual pleasures of exchanging ATCs. I just wanted all of our Fiber Arts friends to know that I simply love you little Aceo/ATC. There is so much detail in your work with the edge stitching, fibers, quilting, beautiful beads and wonderful colors! I am extremely happy with my little Art from you. Thanks, Diana
Hi, THIS is why your name is familiar! (My brain is swimming with a sea of names and relationships this week.) Yes! send me your address and I will send you a fiddle camp ATC.
I just watched your slideshow again. You do such fabulous work.

Hi Jan, There are two or three ATC's in my pic file. Two are African style, picture 8 and the other one is a mixed media one that is pink in colour. I would make a new one just for you if you still want to trade. Donna
Hi Jan,
I love your use of colour, and unusual combinations of shape and pattern. If I managed to get you going again with Friendly Plastic, you have certainly given me food for thought with your design skills.
Thank you Jan! I love your stuff too - especially 'Pause'. My current project is making some sea themed ATC's, some for etsy, some to trade. I have posted the first 2 on Flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/hmsdesign - take a look!
