I shall be on the Quilting Arts Open Studios stand at Houston on Thursday fron 12.40- 2.40pm and on Friday from 3-5pm demonstrating my work and meeting people. Please come and visit the stand and introduce yourselves. I would love to meet anyone form Fiber Arts.

I went to the Knitting and Stitching show at Ali Pali yesterday. Great show as usual. I bought some more needles for my Embellisher machine. some fleece to embellish with and two lots of unusual wool to knit up scarves. It was great to catch up with some friends also. Next stop Houston!!!!

This is a long shot but I have been invited to take part in the Houston Quilt festival from 2nd-7th November and would love to stay with a fellow textile artist family if there is anyone living withing easy reach of the George Brown Convention Centre. I will be coming with my husband and we would need to be able to get there using public transport as we don't want to have to drive around Houston.
