About me and my connection to fiber art & mixed media: I play with fiber - lately more with the machine than by hand (a by-product of aging eyes?). I collage and make assemblages. I greedily consume my free mornings, when dd is in school, to create and dream. Housework is not a priority! Along the way I'm establishing my creative habit, finding my voice, and chasing off procrastination (tho' it often wins!)

I've been working with it as well (the cheap stuff, as I can't find the other). I use Wonderunder to attach to commercial felt, embroider with white cotton yarn, and then paint with watered down acrylics. Cover everything with saran wrap for a couple of days, and then uncover & let dry. No pics of it on the website yet. Anyway, yours looks like fun and I might try it on one of my fun, experimental days where I'm bored and looking for some new technique to try. Thanks for the inspiration!
