This book claims to be everything you always wanted to know about mixed-media fabric collage. There are more than forty techniques from creating base materials such as silk fusion and and Lutradur with lace to create texture and embellishments to distressing and assembling of layers. Five small projects are included at the end of the book. They are easy, beginner level creations that anyone can do after reading the instructions provided.
Rebekah Meier is a self-taught mixed-media artist and designer. She is also the author of several books on a variety of crafting subjects.
